"Gopher" Cam Live feed

Hello,

I am looking to setup some sort of "gopher" camera similar to the ones used in Nascar. I have done a little bit of research and was looking for some insight on the proper camera I should purchase and how to go about doing a live feed from this camera. The cameras I found from inertia unlimited (company responsible for gopher cameras in Nascar) were:
Sony XC-555
Sony DXC-C33
Elmo CC-421E
Toshiba IKTU51
Now the camera I need has to be real durable since it will be placed in the ground in a dirt arena so dirt and dust will be factors.
How do I transmit the video signal to my laptop which will be a good 40 yards or so away inside and allow for a live feed?
