Default OpenGL disabled

The OpenGL was enabled, so I went to Simple. It made it all the way through the service running 20.3.0. I didn't use the 2D mix this time just to keep things simple. Next week I will use the 2D mix like normal.

The M17R3 was also running 20.3.0 , but it was our normal 2D mix for 1/2 hour, then camera for an hour. Worked perfectly.

Thanks for the help. I will let you know what happens next week.

Default 2DMix still a problem

I ran the XP machine in 2D mix and it crashed in a relatively short period of time without any codes. It just did a shutdown of the components and said that it experienced an error. I then ran it only in camera mode and it went the distance just fine. I ran the Alienware machine at the same time in both 2D mix and camera without any issue whatsoever. I still have it in simple mode like you mentioned.

When in 2D mix, my CPU is less than 30% running in Medium and Mobile on the XP machine. I ran the Alienware at High, medum, and mobile without error with about 20% CPU or less. Both were running Powerpoint, with the XP machine running 2007 and the Alienware running 2010.

The same camera runs on the alienware without issue, and since I have two of them, I plan on running both simultaneously this weekend, but I don't think it is the Rocketfish camera. The Alienware ran this week with the Logitech Orbit camera, but my viewers indicated that the Rocketfish makes a better picture than the Logitech Orbit (pan/tilt) camera. Fine with me.

I am running the latest drivers for my XP machine on the nVidia card. Do you recommend a particular version of their drivers (something you have tested?) My gut is saying that the problem is video card somehow, even though everything else runs fine on it.

Any help will be appreciated.

Try installing this beta release on the XP machine, Procaster 20.3.3. While the CPU usage is not maxing out before the crash, the older architecture of XP is causing the bus limit to be reached thus causing the issues. If the beta doesn't help, you should lower the quality setting to a single, lower bit rate. That's all we can really advise, as the limits of the XP system are being reached, due to the bus speed.
