Logo upload keeps failing
I'm trying to upload a logo and each time I try it tells me failed.
All of my logo's I've tried have been either exactly 300x300 px/500KB of a .PNG file or under requirements. I'm using the most recent update of Mozilla Firefox and nothing else. I don't know what I'm doing wrong if I am doing something wrong. This is the file I want to upload to finish the verification process:

Have you tried uploading the image through the channel configuration page? You can get to this page by accessing your 'Account Center' and clicking the 'Configure' button next to your channel.

I have tried that several different times but each time it tells me it "failed"
I don't honestly know what else to do at this point.

It's supposed to be for the logo not the banner. I honestly did not want a banner only the logo.
