Does encoder stream count toward viewer hours?

Just wondering if our connection to the channel via Procaster (or Tricaster plugin) counts toward viewer hours? You'd think it would be viewers only, but just wanted to verify.

Any content viewed in your player whether it is live, on-demand or in your auto pilot (with the exception of the default offline clip) will count toward the viewer hours shown in the billing section of the Livestream Account Center. This includes viewing in the preview window of the Livestream studio. So yes, viewers only.
