Default Are there any bilingual live broadcasts out there?

I'm trying to do some research to see if anyone has figured out how to do a bilingual broadcast. We have a live broadcast that has video and audio input from one location, and the broadcast is in Spanish. We would like to have the broadcast in English as well, but we can't quite get our minds around it. One issue is that the translators are in a different location (I mean a different country) from the broadcast. The translation could be written or oral, as long as we can figure out how to do it based on the issue that the image input is from a singular location.

If anyone has any thoughts, we would REALLY appreciate it!!

Thanks!
Carolyn
