How to delete my channel/restore a channel I accidently deleted

I accidentally delete a wrong channel in my account, I was updating the profile and information to get more informational. And... it was my primary channel I deleted.... So I was hoping I could build up a livestream channel again with the same name. :[

Im not sure how it got deleted. I was trying to intergrate with facebook and for some reason i got a notice the channel was deleted. Can you please restore my channel....

I accidentially deleted my channel 'moemoemoe' as I wanted to keep the same name and I wanted to make a new channel yet I can't choose the same name as before.
