Monitoring Stream

I am using a 35 by 5 shared connection to stream using Procaster's "High & Mobile" preset. I occasionally run into bandwidth issues on the upload. I usually watch the stream on the same computer that I'm using to upload the stream. The computer is a fairly powerful Mac Pro, but uploading and downloading at the same time is probably not the best situation, but it's what I've got right now.

My question is, does anyone have suggestions, based on their own setups, as to how to monitor my stream without having to watch it on the same computer? Maybe I just use Procaster's built in features for chat and monitoring? I just like to see what the end user is seeing on our site live.takeajourney.org.
