Looking for simple answer, but the FAQs and user guides are a bit broad for this question;
How many recordings can be saved in our libraries/on-demand? Because save for the five I see, all my previous recordings are gone - and I didn't delete them. Thanks. |

Your library can store up to hundreds of individual clips. When were your missing clips recorded?

one clip i had on the library disappeared after a short time, the wednesday 25 april was on the library on the night, and the thuesday was gone =S, is ther any way to get it back?

It looks like you have been going over your storage limit. Free accounts are limited to 10GB of storage, if you go past this limit you will see a charge on your account equaling $1.50 per additional GB. If you have a credit card on file, you will be charged the overage. If there is no credit card on file, your content will be deleted until you are under the 10GB limit.
