Default blurred faces
I have bought a webcam that when it zooms in the video is pixelated.

What is the specific webcam you are using? Most webcams use digital zoom, which only enlarges a portion of the image to give the impression of zooming. Digital zoom would degrade image quality and cause pixelation.
