Default Recorded Clips Not Importing

We've recorded some live material and saved it into our VOD file. In the studio feature, I'll click on the video to play and it shows a message saying "Clips being imported, please retry later."
I recorded those clips over 2 weeks ago and I've recorded since then (they turned up fine, no delay).

What does it mean by my clips are being imported?

I would suggest opening up a support ticket from here:https://secure.livestream.com/myacco...center/tickets and include information such as the channel name and storyboards where you are seeing this problem, one of our representatives from support will be able to interact and troubleshoot the issue directly.
