Can't do a twitcam

my twitcam is not working all it keeps saying is 'connection problem' this is the first time i have used it and i dont know why, ive tried my friends account to and it still says the same could you help me please?

Okay so like, i've deactivated my account once. and activated. then when i wanna do twitcam it doesn't work. it says "no connection" ? Why?
