Unhappy Viewing on iPhone or iPod Touch

Hi my question is why I can't see my channel on my iPod Touch or my friends iPhone?
I need to configure something on the channel? It says that the channel has no mobile support and I need to connect from my iPod.
I have download the LiveStream app but it doesn`t work.

mario_pichus,

We recommend using Procaster (www.livestream.com/procaster) for easily encoding mobile compatible content using the mobile profile, however this can also be achieved when using other encoding programs by using the following specifications:

Video encoder: H.264
Audio encoder: AAC
Profile: Baseline

mario_pichus,

As long as you have a stable connection and proper encoding machine you should be able to broadcast as desired. Procaster has the ability to stream for extended periods of time, however it is setup to automatically restart itself every 24 hours.

There should be an option called "make my stream available on mobile.livestream.com" i think, just make sure that is ticked and the stream will be available to watch on ipods and iphones as well! Sometimes the stream may not load up but just restart the app, that usually works for me
