Livestream: you cannot just sit on your software built and expect to collect $350/month. You are getting leapfrogged by newer companies.

Video broadcasting / podcasting with several pictures on the screen is getting popular. Google+ hangouts for example.

I came back to my Livestream account to give it a chance, but seems we are going to have to look somewhere else.

Skype interviews via Wirecast onto Livestream are quite simple to do - we do it all the time - have a look at http://www.vapourtrails.tv/?p=2525 which is Livestream hosted...

Default very costly

Wirecast is costly...need a simpler, less expensive solution to interviewing two people simultaneously from different locations over one livestream channel.

I'd suggest utilizing Skype and Procaster in desktop mode for your desired workflow.
