Live stream causing internet to crash

While im trying to stream my xbox i can do it perfectly for about an hour and than it crashes my internet and it says im still connected but nothing opens up my download speed is 25 mb and my upload speed is 7 mb if anyone could help it would be great thingas ive already tried are: New Modem, ISP has done everything they can do, disabled firewalls,

Please provide more information. How is your Xbox connected to your computer? Are you using Procaster? What is the exact behavior or error that is occurring? Is your encoding software crashing? Can you provide any screenshots? The more details you provide the easier the issue will be to troubleshoot.

i am sorry for the extremely late reply but the problem is still happening and the exact thing that is happening is that i will be streaming and the video on my stream will go down, but only for me people tell me they can still see it and my xsplit still says its streaming but i cannot open any browsers or do anything internet related as if my interenet has disconnected and at bottom right of screen it still shows my interent to be connected

Does this occur only when you are streaming on Livestream? Are you running any other programs aside from Xsplit? Please include a screenshot of a speed test run to New York, NY at newyork.speedtest.net.
