Does my location effect the time period of which data is collected?

I'm trying to make a report for (Sydney, Australia) 6am 13 Feb until 6pm 13 Feb and the stats do not seem to make sense. Whilst viewing i could see that we constantly had around 1200 viewers but for that period it tells me i have 0 unique viewers.. Any help as we are trying to provide our client with this data.

The analytics are generated in GMT (Greenwich Mean Time). The Timezone in Sydney, Australia is GMT +10. You would need to adjust the timing as follows for GMT:

Feb 13th, from 6am to 6pm Sydney would be Feb 12th, 19:00 (GMT) - Feb 13th 7:00 (GMT)
