Featured in newsletter?

Hi,

My company are about to do some event coverage for an awards ceremony and interviews, and was wondering if it would be possible to be featured in the Livestream newsletter to promote awareness of it.

We are not a Premium member yet, but am planning to upgrade.

Would just like some clarification regarding the processes that might need to take place for the awards ceremony to be featured in the newsletter.

Thanks for your reply.
Sorry to keep asking questions but once I submit the support ticket what's the process then? Will someone get back to me saying that my request has been approved and we will be able to be featured in your newsletter? Or are there other avenues I need to go down too?
