Default Took My Money And Never Got Premium
I just ordered Premium and I've been stuck on the payment proccessing page for 30 mins. checked my account and you guys charged me for the amount. I have an important event that I want to cast today and this is screwing me up.

any idea whats going on?

I checked the service health page and everything is having trouble. I'm assuming that is the problem? can someone help me get this issue fixed.

I tried to order again and got declined so it's stopped getting stuck in proccessing. I have a screenshot of my statement that shows the money getting taken out of my account for the first transaction. I really hope LS see's that transaction.
