Default Screencasting on 64 Bit?

I'd like to stream my desktop, however, Camtasia's live output is not running at a stable framerate I'd like it to run at ( 30fps ). Also, several other applications such a splitcam and webcammax lack 64 bit support. Are 64 Bit users really being left in despair?

You may try Magic Camera. http://www.shiningmorning.com
The software is just like webcammax. MagicCamera has functions such as virtual webcam, stream desktop, webcam effects, and it SUPPORTS Vista 64 in its new version.

Default vista 64 here as well

I have been trying to screencast from my vista 64 system as well with only horrible results

http://www.mogulus.com/nitrokos

I have been using VHScrCap to capture my screen and Flash Media Live Encoder 3 to encode and send to my mogulus channel. The results come out very choppy. I thought it might be a network issue so i saved it to file and watched it and it was still just as choppy, so the recording/encoding has an issue somewhere. I also tried webcammax, with the same results.

My internet is Comcast Cable running at 22mb down and 9mb up, very fast connection.

My PC Specs are:

Extreme Striker Motherboard
Q6700 Intel Quadcore Processor
8gb of system memory
EVGA GTX 280 Video Card
Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit

It's a monster of a system so I dont see where I would be having issues, it does everything else great. I have tried many different resolutions, bit rates etc. All with no luck on a nice smooth recording/stream. I have friends who are streaming the same game with the same tools on windows xp systems with far less impressive hardware.

Unhappy

Any news on this? The closest I've been able to get is VHScrCap + Flash Media Encoder, but when I attempt to stream it just lags out and crashes.

I can use VHScrCap + Mogulus Studio, but then I only get a tiny portion of my desktop (following my mouse) and not the whole screen like I do in FME.

WebCamMax x64 alpha crashes IE.
