Still Pics in Story board

Have been looking around and can't seem to find a thread about this...I am trying to add jpg, gif, bmp,png etc files into a story board for ads. Each photo will be timed say about 15 seconds then transition into the next. Is this possible or do you need to make them all into a video?

I would like just the photos so I can add or delete as needed.

Third party capture software like CamTwist or Webcammax should allow you to do this. See the Mogulus User Guide for more info:
