Default PowerPoint Slides

Anyone mashed up Mogulus with a widget that can push slides?

Sure.
Most 3rd party webcam software will do this using the current widget. I'm on a mac so I use CamTwist. Just choose that as a source in the studio. Just record it and play it back in the autopilot if you want to loop it.

OK, a few more requirements:
1. would like users to be able to see webcam of person and slide at the same time
2. certainly don't want to lose audio from webcam while showing slide
3. Interface needs to be as simple as possible for presenter

The problem with camtwist and others (from what I understand) is that a heavier footprint/admin is required by the presenter. I would like for the presenter to hit record and then just have to navigate amongst their slides while they talk to camera. A remote producer should be able to take care of everything else.

Footprint/ admin where? In the studio?
Just put the users in "camera only mode"

You could also avoid the studio entirely by using the Flash Media Encoder on the user's side. If its split screen you want, I think some of these 3rd party products can do that, too.

I would also suggest you look at another product that is lighter and more suitable to this function, if you dont need a linear 24/7 Web TV channel, with all the features that Mogulus has, called "Kyte Producer".
It will even allow photo uploads via cell phone, live polling, slide shows, and more.
It is also viewable from cell phones or iPod touches as well.

Is mine. Hope this helps.

Not looking for split screen. Looking for two different windows. One for the video stream and another for slides.

The person on camera will be remote. They need to be on camera and need to push slides, but their producer will be elsewhere. The experience needs to be completely simple for the presenter. The producer footprint can be as complex as it needs to be.

Could not find "Kyte Producer" on their site.

Kyte producer is the name of the application. Sign up at the site and try it for yourself.
You can at least have someone upload slides very easily, and have a live chat going at the same time without the large footprint. I do it from cell phones all the time.

Good luck
