Question Specify which audio to stream by choosing a specific program

Would it be possible to add a feature to select which audio to stream by selecting a specific program/executable. In Windows 7/(Vista) Audio Mixer you can select a sound volume for each program that is running.
I would like to stream my gameplay to my friends with the video and audio for the game but not my teamspeak 3 conversations. I already can disable my mic from the audio devices list but if i stream "speakers" it will stream the game and ts3 sounds.

ensio,

You should be able to accomplish this workflow by using a program such as Virtual Audio Cable.

Thanks for your help.

I tried Virtual Audio Cable and created virtual line 1 and here is how I configured the sound devices.
Game sound -> Virtual 1 -> This will be streamed out with livestream
Virtual 1 -> Speakers
Teamspeak 3 -> Speakers
With this I can broadcast the game video and sound without teamspeak or any other sounds and also hear the game sounds myself.
The only problem is that the game has to have the option to change the audio device. For example amnesia has but limbo and many others don't. (Also Virtual Audio Cable isn't free so I'll have to pay for it if I keep using it. I'm now using the trial version.)
Is there any way to specify which sound device is used for a game if it doesn't have that option in the game settings?
