changing video save folder/segregating audio output

I have two questions, i figure instead of making two topics i'd make one for both - less clutter, they're rather simple questions anyway.

Can i, and if possible, how do i, change the folder that videos save too during recording. The default is "videos" Since i'm using a windows OS. However, i'd like to make a folder solely for my procaster videos and have them save their.

Also, is there a way to change/rig the audio so that it only streams for the GAME? If i play music i on itunes i don't want it to play the music and the game sounds, just the game. I didn't see any options for that.

Which version of Procaster are you using? Each of the newest beta allow you to choose which directly the files are saved. In regards to your second question I'd suggest using the program Virtual Audio Cable.
