live broadcast to mobile devices

Is anyone having issues broadcasting to mobile devices like blackberry, iphone and android?
We are using procaster to broadcast to mobile devices only and getting error messages when trying to view.

It shows buffering then error messages like; "Content you are trying to view is of an unsupported format" on the blackberry and "The channel is not mobile compatible at this time" on android. we have not been able to test the iphone as yet.

We are not experiencing any known issues with our mobile servers today. Which preset in Procaster are you using to encode?

I have the same problem today. Procaster preset: High & Mobile Stereo (875 Kbps)

I have the same problem, but only with Blackberry, Android and iphone if it works, I have installed the 10.0.24 version because the version 20.2 only works for iphone
