Problem with "Activate Camera" in Studio

In Livestream Studio when I try to "Activate Camera"... the Adobe Flash Player settings window comes up but it freezes. It does not allow me to select anything.
I am using a Mac running OS 10.7.2 and have installed the most recent version of Flash.
On an older computer, running older software, this is not a problem.
How can I resolve this issue?
