Please don't post your questions into multiple locations,

@MONDOBONDO, which is the latest version? 20.2.0 or version 20.2.16?

If you have version 20.2.0 please install 20.2.16 from this thread: http://www.livestream.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6991

If you already have version 20.2.16 could you indicate which USB Audio device you have? And what isn't working on that part?

Default 20.2.16 no usb input / no audio output

I am using 20.2.16 as stated in my original posts.

When Procaster starts .. it automatically switches to "Audioredirector" in the System Preferences for Sound.

Also .. the USB Audio input is not available.

It is available in every other application, as well as the system preferences.

Your application needs to be updated.

I have never lost audio output before.

What do you recommend?

Do you have a older version of Procaster I can fall back to to test?

Why is there two different "Audiorediirectors" in the installation??

Why don't you have a "Uninstall" application?

The app looks promising .. what happened?

MY USB device is called a EasyCap. Works fine with all other Mac Apps except yours.

Angry ALSO: Lost Signal

I also get a lot of "Lost Signal" and crashes when closing.

I have sent several crash reports.

Where else do I send crash reports?

Another problem is that the web "Login" NEVER remembers ( the checkbox ) any of my Macs login /password info.

None. Ever.

Why?

All my other sites work fine.

MONDOBONDO,

Could you add MONDOBONDO in the description of the crash report so we could look it up?

For the uninstall, it should remove everything when you uninstall the application like any other application (right click, move to trash). If this isn't the case, please let us know.

May I also know what driver you used to install the EasyCap? We have an EasyCap here to test.
Does it see the video from the EasyCap or is only the audio gone?

For the login issue, is it the chat in procaster that doesn't remember it or through your regular web browser?

Default Uninstalling

I had to manually uninstall:

LPAudioRedirector.kext
LPAudioRedirector32.kext
LPAudioRedirector64.kext

from

Which are also files installed by the Procaster Installer.

Then there are different files I can't find from the 'official' version' .. like "Procaster" .. where is it?

See attachements:

Hi MONDOBONDO,

We found the issue and will be resolved in the next version. For the easycap, install the quicktime plugin from the following website:
http://bentrask.com/easycap/
And your easycap should work after that.

(You install it to /System/Libraries/Quicktime/ )

Let me know if you have any other issues.
