need urgent help

hi guys
i have 2 questions:

1- how can i add more than the text ticker that runs at the buttom of the screen? can i add an external swf file contains my own ticker then this swf loads above the streaming channel...something like this: http://www.masg-ye.com/methaq/tvplayer.html
2- i noticed that my streaming is very slow...i don't broadcast live...just using auto pilot and arranging videos in my library, i uploaded the flv videos into the space given by livestream...the video size is 560x340 and its 15fps...but still slow....any help please?
