Default Two audio sources get out of sync over time

I'm using ProCaster Windows 2.2. I've got two audio sources (Windows Line In and a USB microphone). I combine these using the ProCaster audio mixer.

Everything is fine for the first half hour or so. After that you start to hear a slight echo. The echo gets more an more noticable so that by about an hour into a stream it is hard to understand what is being said.

ProCaster is telling me I have "perfect streaming". The problem is not the old lip sync problem from earlier versions. This is a new thing that started with the 2.2 release.

Anyone have any ideas about how to fix this?

soleltv,

Could you please confirm the version number, I believe you meant 20.2. Also, could you please let us know the USB microphone you're using.

Thanks,
Matt

Default Sorry, fat fingers.

Yes, we're on the latest version: 20.2. Our USB mic is a Blue Snowball.

Default Echo (synch problem with 2 mics)

We gave the beta version a try and there is no improvement in the echo problem. If you like you can have a look at our latest streamed video ("2011-09-03 Family Service") for an example done with the latest beta software. Have a listen in the first few minutes and compare that with somewhere near the end, say 1:10:00 or 1:15:00 and you'll see how much lag builds up.

If you have any other ideas about how to troubleshoot or resolve this we'd be really greatful!
