Unhappy Problems viewing Livestreams

Hello. I've tried browsing several forums for answers on this issue, but they didn't seem to help.

For the past few days, I have been experiencing problems viewing streams online. Whenever I try to view a stream, the screen is apparently loading, and I cannot hear any sound. From time to time the streams give updated views of the streamer's desktop. Other people seem to have no problem viewing the streams, but I apparently have no luck viewing them correctly. The only streams I CAN view are the streams on the front page.

-I have tried viewing streams on several different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, & Safari), but I still have the same problem.
-I updated my flash player to the latest version, but I still have the same problem.
-I do not have AdBlock installed in any of my browsers.

I suspect that there may be something on my computer or from the Livestream site itself that is preventing me from viewing streams. If anyone can give me suggestions about what to do, I would be very grateful.

fantachan,

Could you please let us know the following specs about your system:

CPU, RAM, Video Card
Operating system
Results of a test from speedtest.net to New York City

You should also try deleting your Flash cookies, this can be done as follows:

Navigate to

Click on “Delete all sites”

fantachan,

Please let us know if you're willing to allow one of our engineers to remote into your system next week to investigate this problem. If you're willing, please also let us know when you're available and how to contact you, preferably via Skype.

Thanks,
Jason
