How do I had moderators

I have these 2 friends that I want to be moderators how can I do this so they can ban people and all that stuff.

I'm assuming you mean in the Livestream chatroom. Once your friends are logged into the Livestream chat, just click their names and you'll be able to grant them moderator privileges.
