AOL users getting restricted access to

Good Morning,

I currently have a channel that is set to private and has restricted access to our site and livestreams site for viewing and embedding player code.

We have several clients that are using aol that are trying to view the broadcast on our website and they are getting "The channel owner has prohibited veiwing from this web page."

The only thing I can think of is that AOL is setting websites in its own interface and making the livestream system think that it is unauthorized source of material.
