Lagging Procaster

Everytime I use Procaster I have problems with just my Photoshop CS2 and itunes open. It makes my computer run slow and poor drawing skills when trying to draw. My house has wireless and I have a HP Windows Vista I'm using. Is there anyway to fix this?

Make sure that your power profile is on high, and if that doesn't help. please post your system specifications here.

I have the same problem but im drawing in Sai, and even after i close out itunes and skype I still lag like crazy. Im using Window 7, emachine with 160gb Harddrive AMD Athlon 2650e Processor. Any reason why im so laggy?

Please have a look at Procaster's system requirements:

This is likely the reason your computer slows down. What CPU% do you reach when streaming? Also, where does your stream not record to - our servers, or your machine? Please also have a look at Procaster's configuration settings:
