Is there a way to disable the ability to download videos once you have made it available on your livestream page?

Can I disable the ability to download videos once they have been saved to my streaming page and not give anyone the option to upload to Facebook, Youtube or Twitter without permissions?

Only the channel owner is able to download their video(s) from Livestream.com.
