I don't know much about streaming- or equipment. However, Im in a position where I have set up a premium account so I can get presenters to interact with the chat box on my website. It seems like the delay is only 3-5 seconds to start off with. But after about 5 minutes all of the viewers are experiencing up to 30-40 second delays... making the interaction part of my plan totally redundant.
I am so scared I have failed this project and will lose the biggest client I have ever had because of this serious delay. I have ADSL2+ + annex M. My broadband is pretty steady DOWN 3-4MB and UP 0.6-0.8MB I know it isnt the best UP speed- but I do have everything on Procaster at the lowest possible resolutons/bitrates/frames etc. It looks like a mess but I wold still sacrifice that in order for people not to have more than a 6second delay! PLEASE HELP ME! |
