Offline viewer hours

This is GREAT news, Ben!

We started using Mogulus/Livestream in 2008 but because of this frustration and extra cost I was going to switch to a competitor for our event this summer.

But before switching I thought I'd check the forums just in case a change had been made. And, voila, I found this post! Thanks for making this billing change. I'm glad to be staying with Livestream.

Hello we just started to use premium chanell and we have now one story board that contains from 2 clips.
So now when autopilot is on we have counted viewers minutes when this story board is played?
If there is just ONE SINGLE clip in autopilot then it would not be counted against viewer minutes?
Did I get it right?

Viewer hrs are not incurred if you only have the Livestream "Offline" bars clip in your auto-pilot. Any other storyboards/clips will incur viewer hours. You can always move your second clip to another storyboard if you wish to avoid this.
