Stuck Processing

Hi Support,

Currently we have a video that is stuck processing. Is there anything we can do? We recorded roughly an hour and half until the video recording was clicked off. A screen shot is attached. It has been stuck for roughly 2 weeks.

It looks like there was an issue with the recording, if you click on that storyboard it shows that the recording actually failed which is why you are unable to play it back. Unfortunately at this point of the recording failed there is no way to restore other than re-uploading the original file. As a backup, it is always a good idea to encode using Flash Media Encoder which will allow you to save a copy of the file to your hard drive.
