Streaming Not Clear?

Hello 3 days now i have problem with quality of streaming not clear I use multiple screen capture softwares but all the same.

This only has been for 3 days and the quality was good before?
Your data rate is low and your frame size is small. You also seem to be displaying a very large frame size in FMLE.

Do try Procaster though. Otherwise you may try changing some things in FMLE. Try setting Input frame to something closer to the screen you're capturing. Set output closer to what Livestream would use like 640x480 and increase data rate to about 440kbps (this leaves room for your audio settings as you're using them). Also you might try using the H.264 codec instead of VP6 if your computer can handle it well.
