Default broadcast is blurry
I am broadcasting a live fitness class. The preview in procaster is sharp and clear. However, the actual broadcast is very blurry. The faces especially. I have a premium account, I am using a Cannon Vixia HV40. When saving to tape, it is crystal clear. I have had many viewers from different internet connections and all are blurry. Any ideas?

NYC729,

Try adjusting the auto focus on your camera, as this might be the issue.

What are your bitrate and resolution settings?
