Getting involuntarily logged out of Chat

When I'm watching and Livevstream video and participating in Chat, usually when I submit a comment I get involuntarily logged out of Chat. I must log back in, which takes a while and I miss much of the chat. Of course, my comment never posts. Can anyone please help me? Thanks!

-Is this happening in multiple browsers?
-Is this happening on multiple channels?

I can validate the first query.

When a user is banned they are given no notice and they can still see the chat and post chat comments, thing is no-one can see these comments.
Basically all banning does at the moment is draw a curtain across the user so others cant see them
