Premium users are charged for viewer hours when content is broadcasted or uploaded and made available on their channel. Viewer hours are calculated by 1 viewer watching for 1 hour, 2 viewers for 30 minutes, 3 viewers for 20 minutes would all equal 1 viewer hour. Thus 3000 viewers for 1 hour would equal 1 viewer hour.

For further clarification on this inquiry - When the "Offline" color bars are being broadcasted in the channel, the user will not incur a charge to their viewer hours.

If you'd like to add your content to your Youbtube channel you would need to download it from your Livestream Studio and import to your Youtube account.
