Audio broadcast issues

Apologies in advance if this is a duplicate, haven't found an answer anywhere.

I'm currently running Procaster on a windows 7 64 bit machine, I'm working from the motherboard soundcard.

I'm trying to set up a broadcast that will allow the viewer to hear me talk, hear the program that I'm running but I'm currently experiencing issues.

When broadcasting they can either:
Only hear my voice and not the system
Hear my voice and the system but it repeats itself (feedback)
They can hear everything fine but I can hear my own voice while running Procaster (which I'm trying to avoid)

Any advice for a workaround?

Try running Procaster to capture your default audio device and also speaker's audio and connect headphones to avoid the feedback.
