Getting Facebook comments to appear in Studio chat pane

Yesterday I did a test broadcast, just to see if I could pull it off. Ran a couple of cameras and loaded up some video clips, created some overlays. Everything seemed to work ok. We tried to incorporate a chat on Facebook but comments people were posting on Facebook were not coming through to the Chat pane (lower left) in the Studio interface. I had to use another computer logged onto Facebook to see them. The output to Facebook was working fine but the return output FROM Facebook was not reaching me through the Studio interface. I switched back and forth between the Producer and Viewer tabs but never got any of the stuff that was appearing on the other computer logged onto Facebook. It would be much better to only use one computer have have the Facebook comments feed into the Studio chat pane.

What am I doing wrong?

Is this something you have to upgrade to Premium to have happen?

The chat monitor in Studio only displays chats that are taking place in Livestream chat. It doesn't display the Facebook or Twitter feeds.
