We had so much people watching our second live show... and nothing did save.
No way to save anything. even with the pressed "record" button. Everything did just fine the first time. We really dont understand why it didn't work. And now, we lost this event. And because everything went fine on the first time, no one did save his stuff individually... Great. Everything was going so fine on the first time. Why did it went so wrong ? I'm so pissed off, so sad… i guess nothing was saved, or nothing is "processed" and will magically appears later ? |

I confirm. Nothing was processed nor saved in the library.

This can happen for a number of reasons, dokMixer. I recommend opening a support ticket so that we can troubleshoot more directly.
