To my knowledge Flip cameras do not support streaming, so you would not be able to use it to stream at Livestream.com. I suggest using something such as the Logitech HD Pro
Webcam C910. It's an HD webcam built for streaming. We've done extensive
testing with the device, and it works great with all aspects of Livestream.

Check it out here:

Why thank you! Looks odd, yet its HD, and its only 99.99, and i have 2 other friends paying, so its only going to cost us 33.33 each! But, should I post a new thread on how to actually set up the LIVE streaming?

Sephjo1999,

Could you let me know what you're trying to stream? There isn't a standalone camera you can stream with. I'd suggest checking out a mobile application called Qik, who we have a partnership with. With their application you can stream from Android, iPhone and Blackberry devices to your Livestream channel.

A newest model Apple iPod Touch which has a built in camera might be able to stream with Wifi connection and Qik app.

If you used streaming software that can handle an inexpensive wireless IP camera that might work. VidBlaster software in trial mode might be good software to use.

The new iPad2 looks interesting. Has front (VGA) and back (720 HD) camera. You could get 3G and just use month to month if you don't want to deal with iPhone 2 year contract.
