Default Up load video file

How and where can I up load a video file from my computer to use as my show (pre-recoded show) and what's the best way to add it to a show I'm doing live?

Thanks

PS - I know this is simple to do but can't find the place to do it.

acbutch,

This is indeed a very easy task. You'll just need to open up Livestream Studio then go to the manage library tab. From there you will see the pink tabs titled "import from web" and "upload videos."

thanks again, I tried that and every time I click the pink upload video bar or browse button I'm just taken to another page, not my computer to choose the file.

I just joined a day ago is it possible I'm not authorized to up load video files yet?

You have to fill out the title and select the storyboard you'd like to import the clip to, acbutch.

I recommend taking a look at the following page in our userguide (complete with video tutorial):
http://www.livestream.com/userguide/...wn_Video_Clips

Best,
Jason

Every time I try to click on title to fill it out, it doesn't let me do it, just sends me to another page where I also can't fill out the info, etc?

Acbutch, the problem is that you're clicking on pictures in the userguide. Those pictures are there to help guide you in our step by step instructions for using Livestream. However to upload videos, you must first log into your Livestream Studio:
www.livestream.com/studio

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Best,
Jason
