picture is getting cut when livestreaming

I am livestreaming for some friends on xbox and when I livestream it cuts the edges off and al you can see is whats going on in the middle of the screen and I want to fix this, please help.

Try setting both your channel and your encoder to broadcast at a resolution of 16:9. If that doesn't do the trick I recommend opening a ticket in our support center:
