Channel's live stream stopped working

The channel's live stream isn't working and I cannot figure out how to fix it.
Here's the rundown. It was playing a clip on the auto-pilot and when it got done, it didn't continue to the next one. I thought it was just stuck for some quirky reason, so I tried to cue a clip and play it. This worked for about 5 seconds, then stopped functioning and went again back to the black screen. I now cannot cue anything. No response. I then tried to restart the auto-pilot, which did nothing as well. I relogged into the studio to test if the bug was linked to that, but nothing helped. I hope you guys can get back to me quickly. I have 100+ people watching on-demand since the stream wont work. Thanks

No stream service on two channels. also no access to on-demand

Our live stream stopped working last night. It seems Mogulus still haven't resolved these issues yet.

I got this problem today when putting the live signal. it went to black screen after some secs. What it worked was to Stop the feed and start it again.
Also it looks fine for today. well, I hope it does not happens again.
