Overlays not appearing during playback

It used to be that the lower-third overlay would play back during recorded segments, though could be overided if you were at the control panel. It seems not to be doing this any more. All of our segments were orginally broadcast with an overlay when live, though it does not appear when on repeats.

It looks like you can still put up an overlay, but it has to be done in real time, which obviously defeats some of the purpose of having an autopilot feature.

Any help on fixing this?
