Livestream studio seems stuck

This is the first time I've tried to use livestream studio it gets stuck. I can't seem to get into it.

It stops at "Authenticating... please wait"

It did ask if it can store information on my computer and I allowed it. I have upgraded to the latest flash player and the latest firefox. I also cleared out all my temp files. I've been searching for other forum posts and information that might help and have come up empty. Does anyone have any ideas for what I could try? Anything would be appreciated.

Ok it does work on I.E. so at least it's usable. Anyone know what might be missing in FF?
