Hi all. I've got an event coming up that I'm producing with Wirecast. There will be multiple speakers throughout the day of this event. The client wants each speaker's session to be recorded separately to the archives on Livestream. I know that Livestream will auto-record when I go live from Wirecast, but is there a way to trigger the stopping/starting of recording on-demand throughout the broadcast? I'd like to avoid having to upload 24 locally recorded files at the end of the day.
Any ideas on how to do this when streaming from Wirecast? Thanks! -eddie |

go to livestreaam.com/studio
There you can start and stop recordings. Each time you stop a recording using the record button, and then start recording, a new storyboard will be created in tour recordings folder. That is a little different that cueing and transitioning to a camer, ( either a different camera or the same one) Each time you cue and transition to a camera a new clip is created. So, If you start recording in the morning, then trasition to the same camera at the beginning and ending of each guest, you will end up with a single storyboard containing a clip for each speaker. You will also have clip of dead air between speakers, which you can delete. Checking the box on the storyboard "Play as one Clip" will then allow you to have a On-Demand show that contains all the speakers, Or, Unchecking the bow will display the individual clips in your On Demand library, and viewers can pick and chose from any speaker. |

That seems to do the trick. Thanks!
