Displaying a security camera

I want to display some security cameras at our community pool so that residents can log into our web site and see how crowded the pool is. To test the idea, I want to upload live video from a security camera that I have here at home. The camera is connected to a dvr that has a network address on my home network.

Is there a way that I can feed that video to modulus? I can do a video out off of the dvr. Is there a way to use that?

I'm a newbie so please forgive any and all stupid questions. Thanks
